1. Platform Overview
Nambakadai is a digital marketplace that connects farmers and sellers directly with buyers. We are NOT a seller ourselves - we only provide the platform.
2. Important Disclaimer
⚠️ Nambakadai is ONLY a marketplace. All transactions happen directly between buyers and sellers. We do not handle payments, delivery, or quality disputes. Please verify products before purchase.
3. For Sellers
You are responsible for: (a) Accurate product descriptions, (b) Fair pricing, (c) Quality of products, (d) Timely delivery or pickup coordination, (e) Responding to buyer inquiries within 24 hours.
4. For Buyers
You should: (a) Verify product quality before payment, (b) Communicate clearly with sellers, (c) Arrange pickup/delivery as agreed, (d) Leave honest reviews after purchase.
5. Prohibited Items
You cannot sell: (a) Illegal substances, (b) Endangered species, (c) Stolen goods, (d) Fake products, (e) Items that violate local laws.
6. Payment
Most transactions are Cash on Delivery (COD) or direct UPI payment to seller. Nambakadai does not process payments for classified listings.
7. Privacy
We protect your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details. Phone numbers can be hidden using WhatsApp-only option.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or receive multiple reports.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nambakadai is not liable for: (a) Product quality issues, (b) Delivery delays, (c) Payment disputes, (d) Any damages from transactions. Users deal at their own risk.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of new terms.
